Can I meet with you somewhere else or at a different time?
Yes, of course. At the end of the booking process, you will find a form where you can give us indications if you have any special requirements.
Can I be recorded with the Drone anywhere?
Based on Thailand's regulations, we can record you in natural areas and low-density areas. In Chiang Mai, there are some amazing venues where we can record without any problem.
Can I be recorded inside the temples?
Yes, but in this case, we will not use the drone, as it is not allowed.
Do you accept groups? How many people?
Yes. But to maintain the quality of our service, the maximum number of people is 4 per group. In case there are more people, please contact us before booking and we will look for a solution to your need.
Do I have to pay for the booking online or can I do it there in person?
No. You must pay for the booking online, as we must plan our schedule and devote resources to ensure the quality of your service.
Do I get my money back if I can't make it?
In the event that, for some reason, you cannot make it to the appointment, we will refund your money if you contact us within 48 hours of the booking.
We are a family with 2 children. Do I have to pay any extra charge for the children?
Of course not. All family members are included. However, please note that we accept up to 4 people per booking. If your family consists of more than 4 people, please contact us before booking and we will find a solution.
I work for a travel agency; can I book your services for my clients?
